デッキ塗装 その２
Story-45 WEEK76-80 2024/01/27 – 03/02 Deck Painting Continued
引き続きデッキ塗装を継続。昨年クリスマス明けから２人の塗装工による監督不在での10週間の作業、実働は７週間ほどであったが、進捗は期待をやや裏切った感じ。まあ、監督なしで上手く進まないことは、これまでの経験で知っている訳で、とにかく今後のマストなどのリグのフッティングを優先するためのデッキ塗装の仕上げなので、これも止むなし。
The deck painting has been continued with 2 skilled painters. Actual working for painting was about for 7 weeks instead 10 weeks planned without supervision. The actual progress was not as expected but to make deck paint complete followed by fixing the riggings, it is inevitable.
76週目、デッキの不陸をタルコム（グレーに見える部分）を混ぜた樹脂で修正
In 76th week, depression on the deck has been repaired with talcum mixed resin.
77週目、プライマー１層目
In 77th week, primer 1st layer has been applied.
最終トップコートの滑り止め塗装計画をメールにて遠隔指示を出した
Non-slip paint for the final top coat has been instructed by email.
79週目、スターンのガンネル木部の塗装準備
In 79th week, preparation of wooden gunnel at stern.
80週目、２ヶ月ぶりにセブの修理ヤードにて、デッキ塗装の状況を確認、不陸はほぼ修正済みでメインキャビンの屋根部はトップコート１層目完了.
In 80th week, after 2 months away, deck painting is on going. Top coat at main cabin roof was completed.
