バウキャビン完工、アッパーキャビン壁概成
Story-62 WEEK101 2025/2/3 – 8 Bow Cabin and Upper Cabin Wall Panel Substantial Completion
バウキャビンはニス仕上を完工した。今後はスターンキャビンに仮置きしている備品をバウキャビンに移動して、スターンキャビンの完成を目指せる。アッパーキャビンは内装のハニーコムパネルも概成した。今回はこの週までの4週間の作業で一旦中断して、次回は3月上旬から8週間の予定。今回は、デッキ周りのサブウインチ２基、燃料と清水の補給コックとホールディングタンクの吸引コックの取り付け、および大きな仕事として、油圧式舵輪のペデスタルをスターンデッキに固定した。
Varnish paint has been completed, so many fittings stored at a stern cabin are to be relocated to the bow cabin for finishing works at the stern cabin. Inner wall panels at an upper cabin have been substantially done. This is the last week for this 4 weeks works and next will be 8 weeks from 2nd week of March.
2 sub winches and 4 tank caps for diesel and fresh water refill and holding tank suction have been re-installed. A pedestal for hydraulic steering wheel has also fixed onto a stern deck as one of the big jobs.
マニュアル通り最初に３層のシーラー塗装と１層のトップコートを塗布して一応完工した。キャビン寝台パネル下は大きなスペースは、長期航海時の保管庫として利用できる。
Varnish paint with 3 layers of sealer and a layer of top coat has been completed. A big space under cabin floor panel is a storage for long cruising.
アッパーキャビンの内装ハニコムパネル、型取りから仮取り付けが終わった。表面には白い化粧板を貼り付けて、境目にはニス仕上げした木材で抑える予定。
Honeycomb inner panels at an upper cabin have been shaped and temporarily fixed. White color decorated boards onto the honeycomb panels and varnished wooden bracing members will be fixed.
スターンデッキのコックビットに油圧式の舵輪を取り付けるべデスタルを固定した。アッパーキャビン内に取り付けるステアリングホイールと油圧式のオートパイロットが、これと連動する。
A pedestal for hydraulic steering wheel (ratt) has been firmly fixed onto a stern deck. Another steering wheel and a hydraulic auto pilot system are linked together.
