バウキャビン塗装、アッパーキャビン壁パネル
Story-61 WEEK100 2025/1/28 – 2/1 Bow Cabin Painting and Upper Cabin Wall Panel
勇魚通信も遂に100週となった。引き続き、バウキャビンとアッパーキャビンの仕上作業が続く。朝7時から午後５時まで、ほぼ手作業で仕上げを進ているが、まあとにかく時間が掛かる作業。ここ2年ほど、ずっと世話になっている１人の大工にアッパーキャビンの内装壁パネルの仕上をお願いしている。このパネルが最後の大きな仕事、後は細かい仕上げ作業となる。
Isana News has come to 100th week. Finishing works at s bow and an upper cabin are continued. From 7 am to 5 pm, hand making works are on going, taking long hours. In last 2 years, a skilled carpenter is fitting wall panel at the upper cabin which will be the final big job remaining a lot of minor finishing jobs.
最初に仕上げ作業を頼んだ新米の作業員の酷い仕事を修正しながら、ようやく木部ニス仕上げは３層のシーラー塗装（写真上）を終えて、最終のトップコートを塗布した（写真下）。木部の輝きがきれいで、やる気が上がる。
Previous poor finishing works by an armature young worker have been rectified and 3 layers sealer coats and a layer of top coat of varnishing have been done. Shining wooden parts makes motivation keeping high.
他の木部材も同様にシーラーとトップコートできれいになった。
Other wooden parts have also applied 3 sealer layers and a layer of the top coat.
アッパーキャビンの内装壁部材は、6mmのハニーコム材にファイバー樹脂コーティングを施し、内装面には白いプラスティックフィルムを貼り付ける。
Inner walls at the upper cabin are made by 6mm thick honeycomb with fiber resin coating and thin plastic white colored film sticked on.
各キャビンのマットレスカバー材料は、セブシティーのサン・ゴールドかプログレスで手に入る。 新しいカバー材は濃いグリーンの厚手のコーデュロイ生地に決めた。以前のはネービー色（右端）。
Mattress covers are to be made newly for which materials are found in Cebu City, like Sun Gold or Progress shop. Color of new thick corduroy fabric is dark green instead of navy before.
カーメンのマットレスカバーを縫製するジョビさんの工場（仕事場）古い工業用ミシンが２台。布材調達から縫製まで一括で下請け契約した。セブの田舎でのヨットの修理だけど、必要なものは何でも見つけることができる。
Jobi’s factory (workshop) at Carmen. 2 old industrial sawing machines there. A lump sum contract has been made with him including material supply. Everything needed for the yacht repair can be found even in such local place in Cebu.
