最悪の災厄 – シロアリの総攻撃
(Story-11 WEEK00 Year 2016 Attacked by termites )
2011年7月より国内勤務となり、セブのヨットが気掛かりながらも、サラリーマンとして60歳の定年まで本職を全うすることにした。その間は元オーナーやその家族の協力もあり、ヨットはセブヨットクラブで辛うじて浮いていた。ところが、2016年頃にシロアリがキャビンに侵入し内装木部が総攻撃を受けた。最悪の事態に万事休す！
I got assignment working in Japan in July 2011, then ex-owner of the yacht who lived in Cebu took care of the yacht. Sometime in 2016, termites came into a cabin started eating all wooden interior. OH MY GOD ! …….. It`s all up!
フォアキャビン内部、見た目には判らないが壁、天井、棚などの木部は、シロアリに内部がほとんど食い荒らされている
Termites ate wooden interiors from inside.
Walls, ceilings and shelves were all damaged.
スターンキャビンも同じ。シロアリはネズミのように係留索を伝わって歩いてくるのではなく飛んで来るらしい
一旦キャビン内部に侵入すると木や紙を食い尽くす
A stern cabin as well. Termites would fly not walk along mooring lines, so once came into cabins, they start eating wooden interiors and paper.

フォアキャビン内部のマストを支える支柱の木部がやられ、マストが傾いた
A mast declined due to damage of wooden parts of mast support inside of the fore cabin.
