メインキャビン仕上げ（その２）
Story-66 WEEK106-107 2025/ 4/7-19 Finishing at the Main Cabin (2)
引き続きメインキャビンの仕上げ。天井板のアジャスト、シート部のトップコート塗装、ギャレー部の仕上げへと進む。スターンのチャートテーブルとライブラリーの仕上げも着手した。
Finishing works at the main cabin continued. Adjusting ceiling panels, top coat painting and galley are on going. Finishing works at stern chart table and library has started.
ハニコム材にFRPパネルを貼った天井パネルを扱いやすように半分にカットして、室内灯を取り付けるパネルは、メンテしやすいように、鎖で吊り下げるように加工。
Honeycomb with FRP panels for ceiling have cut into half size for easy handling. Some panels which have room lights and spot lights are hanging by chain for easy maintenance.
座席部はクッションで隠れるが、電気設備収納部やストレージ部に頻繁にアクセスすることになるため、白色のトップコート仕上げとした。
Bench seats will be covered by 4″ thick cushion, however due to frequent access to electric parts and storages, finishing is by white color top coat.
チーク材を張った床パネルに、ニスの１層目のシーラを塗布。
1st coat by varnishing sealer has been applied onto floor panels.
ギャレー部も見える所は基本的部白色トップコート位仕上げ。
Finishing at galley area is also by white color top coat.
さて、ずっと後回しになっていたスターンのチャートテーブルと図書保管部の仕上げを始めた。
Finishing works at a stern chart work area with library has been started after long time left it was.
デッキ作業には必須のハンドレイル。費用と時間の節約のため、DIYショップで浴室用のハンドレイルを流用。
Hand rails on a bow deck have been installed. The material is utilized from in-house bath room hand rails purchased at DIY shop to save cost and time.
