2025年11月3日から4日にかけて、台風25号（フィリピン名 PINO)がセブ島北部を東から西に通過した。風と雨で木が倒れたり、道路や家屋が完遂して大きな被害が出た。
Typhoon No25 (Philippines name “PINO”) hit northern Cebu from east to west on November 3 – 4, 2025. It has made trees fallen down, roads and houses flooded due to strong wind with heavy rain.
11月3日から4日にかけて、台風25号はセブを直撃した。
The typhoon PINO hit directly Cebu on November 3 to 4.
シップヤードでは、台風の強風に備えて追加のロープでヨットを固縛。
All yachts in the shipyard have been secured by additional mooring ropes against strong wind by typhoon.
カーメンの定宿、Lav Gardenの入口前の巨木が強風で倒れ、電線などを切断した。結果、停電と通信ネットが不通となった。その日のうちに役所から作業員が派遣されて倒木は切断され道路通行が確保された。
A big tree has fallen down due to strong wind and cut power cables in front of Lav Garden hotel, as a result no power supply and no communication network as well. However, workers have been sent from municipal to cut trees to clear access road.
カーメンでは依然停電（ホテルは発電機による電気供給あり）とネット不通のため、5日午後セブのマンダウェに移動して東横インに投宿した。セブ中心部の被害はそれほどではないように見えるけど、報道によると甚大な浸水被害が発生しているとのこと。
Stayed at Toyoko-Inn Cebu on November 5 due to no communication network available in Carmen. It seems no much damages in the center of Cebu, but according to media news, flooding in large area took place.
