The 2nd largest city, Cebu

セブのカーメンでのヨット再建作業中、宿舎のLav Garden & Residenceでの食事はほとんどが簡単なアメリカンブレックファースト、ハンバーガー、ホットドッグかインスタントラーメンの昼食、夜はポークステーキ、豚の角煮あるいはチキンフライの自炊。味が濃くて美味しいビール、サンミゲル・ピルセンから安いブレンドウイスキーか赤ワインに移行して、そのまま眠りにつく毎日。
修理材料や工具の調達のために、たまの週末はフィリピン第二の大都会、セブ、マンダウェの東横インに泊まって、寿司や豚カツを楽しむ。単調になりがちな再建作業のモチベーションアップになっている。

Daily foods during the restoration works at Lav Garden & Residence in Carmen, Cebu are simple American breakfast, a hamburger, a hotdog or an instant ramen for lunch and pork steaks, pork adobos or chicken fries for supper. Good taste beer, San Miguel Pilsen, cheep brended wiskey and red wine made me good sleep.
However, I sometimes eager to have Japanese dishes, like Sushi, Tonkatsu, so I went to 2nd largest city Cebu staying Toyoko-inn in order to get material and tools for repair works, which is making my motivation up.
