アッパーキャビン、メインキャビンと電気設備、そして初めての船中泊
Story-81 WEEK128-129 2025/12/8 – 20 Finishing Works for an Upper Cabin, a Main Cabin and Electrical Equipments Installation and First Stay at a Stern Cabin
2025年末までに、セーリングができる状態まで作業を進める予定であったが、大工の手当や台風などの影響で全ての予定がずれ込んだ。最後の2週間は以前の大工が来てくれて大工２人体制で何とか大工作業を終わらせようとしたが、結果として2026年初めに再度セブ入りして、最後の大工仕上げ、ステアリング、エンジンと航海計器などの機械電気設備の取り付け作業を完了させることになった。
Being planned to complete all restoration works for start sailing by the end of the year 2025, due to lack of carpenters, hit by typhoon, etc. the works have been delayed. In early 2026, mechanical and electrical works like hydro steering system, engine setting up and navigational equipment installation will be resumed.
アッパーキャビン床のニス塗装、昼間の作業終了後の夜間に行うためと定宿がウェディングパーティーで部屋を空ける必要があったため、初めてスターンキャビンで船中泊。取り付けたばかりのシャワーも水量豊富で使えた。
The first stay at a stern cabin was done due to floor varnishing night work after day time carpenters works and a usual hotel room needed to vacate for wedding party. Just untallied shower was ok with sufficient water flow.
アッパーキャビンの大工仕事がほぼ仕上がった。窓の木枠や天井および両サイドの手摺り、操舵スペースや速度計、風向風速計、水深計、GPSプロッターやレーダーさらにオートパイロット、VHFラジオなどの航海計器類も取り付けた。動作チェックもOK。
Carpentry works at an upper cabin have substantially complete. Navigation equipment’s, a speed meter, a wind direction & strength meter, a deep meter, a GPS plotter, an autopilot and a VHF radio have been installed and tested.
スターンヘッド、シャワー室も完成。排水管のポンプの揚程が足らず排水できなかったが、吸い込み側ホースに逆流防止弁、排出側ホースを一旦上に上げてポンプインペラ部に常に呼び水を残すように工夫した結果、うまく作動するようになった。
A stern head shower room has been completed. Due to insufficient power of a small pump for drainage system, it did not drain waste water well. To make always water filled at pump impeller part, a check valve at intake hose and water deposit upright pipe at discharge hose, then it comes to work well.
ギャレーシンクと冷蔵庫トップの天板貼りも完了。２槽の大小シンクには海水、清水タンク水、真水製造機水の３種の水を補給できる。また、右側冷蔵庫の奥にはアイスボックスを備えている。
Top panels at galley have been completed. 2 large and small sinks with sea water, fresh water and machine made fresh water faucets are now ready for use. An ice box behind refrigerator is also ready.
電気設備が着々と仕上がっている。マストトップの風向風速計、風見とマストスプレッダー付近にはフルノのレーダードームを取り付けた。外洋ヨットらしくなった。
Navigation aids have been installed. A wind direction & strength sensor, a wind indicator at mast top and a Furuno radar dome at spreader level have been installed. Look like a offshore yacht!
