スターンキャビン仕上げ（その１）

最後のスターンキャビンの仕上げに着手した。コロナ前ni仮付していた天井板および桟を取り外し、クリーニングとニス下地3回とトップコート1回の塗装。側壁と床パネルは白色のトップコート仕上げ。5月に１ヶ月帰国した折にコーデュロイ生地を調達して、マットレス縫製もに発注した。
Long suspension of the works since Covid-19 time at a stern cabin has been lifted. Cleaning and varnishing painting of ceiling panels and wooden crosspieces have started. Work order for mattresses at all cabins is also placed with corduroy fabric imported from Japan.
白色プラスティックパネルとそれらを固定する木製の桟を取り外して、仕上げ作業を開始。
Finishing works at a stern cabin have started, removing white color plastic panel and fixing wooden crosspieces.
床下収納部にはコロナによる修理中断時に台風の大雨で浸水して半沈没した時の濁水の跡がくっきりと。
There obviously found dirty water mark inside floor storages due to typhoon heavy rain during work suspension of Covid-19.
マットレスで隠れる部分は白色のトップコート塗装。

スターンキャビンやスターンヘッドのドア、その他の木製部材は表面を研磨後にニス3回のシーラーと1回のトップコート仕上げ
Finishing for doors to cabin and head, and all wooden parts with 3 layers of sealer and a layer of top coat varnishing.
キャビンのマットレスの採寸。型紙でサイズを正確に確認。
Measurement for stern cabin mattresses. Paper pattern makes exact size confirmed.
マットレスの縫製工房。座席部は4′ (10cm)、背もたれ部は3′ (7.5cm)のスポンジをファイバー繊維と綿のカバーで下地処理。
Mattress factory. Sponges with 4′ for bottom and 3′ for back rest covered by faber and cotton fabric before lapping with corduroy fabric.
