【Cruising Plan 08】Subic, Philippines to Osaka, Japan
さて、そろそろフィリピン・スービックから日本の大阪までの長距離航海を具体的に組み立ててみたい。外国船籍のヨットが日本に入国するには日本政府が設定している119の開港場で関税手続きを行う必要がある。スービックからは石垣島が最も近い開港場である。原則、入港前にNACCS（メールでもOK）で報告・提出を行う。提出書類は、①入港通報（入港予定時間、停泊予定場所など）、②クルーリスト（パスポートコピー添付）、③ボヤージメモ（入港前の寄港地および入港後の日本国内の寄稿予定地）、④船舶国籍証書（コピー）、国際トン数証書（コピー）。入港時に①入港届、②クルーリスト、③パッセンジャーリスト、④乗組員携帯品申告書、⑤船用品目録。
このあと、各レグの航海計画をもう少し詳しく調べてみたい。実際の航海は、2025年の4月〜5月頃になりそう。
Now long cruising from Subic, Philippines to Osaka, Japan is to be planned. Ishigaki-Jima is the nearest open port for foreign flag yacht to custom registration.
Before arrival, the following documents are to be submitted via NACCS (email is also allowed) ①Application（Time of arrival, mooring place, etc）、②Crew List（w/Passport copies）、③Voyage Memo（Previous port and planned port in Japan）、④Ship Registration Certificate（copy）、International Tonnage Certificate（copy）.
