Story-88 WEEK138 2026/3/16 – 21 Preparation for Sailing started
ついにエンジンが始動した。油圧ステアリングもホーズ内のエア抜きをして反応が良くなった。ジブセール、メインセールもセットした。エンジンの軽油も400リッターをスターボ、ポートの燃料タンクに入れた。いよいよセーリングできる状態になった。
At last, the engine has started. The hydraulic steering also improved in responsiveness after bleeding the air from the hoses. The jib sail and mainsail have been set. 400 liters of diesel into the starboard and port fuel tanks have been loaded. Finally, everything is ready for sailing.
エンジンが始動した。実に６年ぶり。
The engine has started. For the first time in six years.
スターボ、ポートの250リットル燃料タンクにぞれぞれ200リットルを補給した。
200 liters were supplied to each of the 250-liter fuel tanks on the starboard and port sides.
アメリカのイラン攻撃の影響を受けて、フィリピンでは燃料が急騰した。ガソリンよりディーゼルの方が高く、なんと1リットル103.61ペソ（285円/リットル）。高すぎる！！
Due to the impact of the U.S. attack on Iran, fuel prices in the Philippines have surged. Diesel is more expensive than gasoline, at an astonishing 103.61 pesos per liter (285 yen/liter). Too much expensive!!
ファーラージブセールをセット。セールを揚げるのは実に16年ぶりか。
Set the furling jib sail. It is really the first time in 16 years I’ve hoisted a sail.
ファーラーシステムでフォアステーに巻き取られらたジブセール。

メインセールもマスト内部に巻き取るタイプのファーラーシステムなので、バテンはない。

着々と出航の準備が進む。
Preparations for departure are steadily progressing.
メインキャビンのダイニングテーブルも両サイドの折り畳みが完成した。
The folding on both sides of the main cabin’s dining table is now complete.
バウのストレージに予備のシートを保管。
Store the spare sheets in the bow storage.
